Jefferies has appointed Michael Alexander as chief executive of Jefferies’ Asia business. He will be responsible for building Jefferies’ full-service equity research, sales and trading offering in Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Korea and Taiwan. He will join Jefferies in October and will be based in Hong Kong.
The founding team includes additional senior sales, trading and research professionals who will also join Jefferies’ equity business in Asia...
