Have you signed new clients recently?
Tim Douglas: From what I can tell it seems like there was less movement in this industry in 2009 than we might have seen in prior years. What we have seen at Citi is a very robust pipeline in our investor services business. We have been signing and winning some very nice new clients and mandates. I think we have some very good flow and what we are waiting to see is whether it translates into a take-up on securities lending.
Sometimes, the clients will come in and they will buy a series of our products and maybe securities lending is there at the forefront, and sometimes it is a secondary decision. With what has transpired in the market, it is perhaps a slower ramp up process than we have seen in the past.
Do you see supply returning to the US market?
