AIC Limited and Copernican Capital, two Canadian mutual funds, have selected Citigroup to provide securities services that include securities lending, custody and fund accounting.

As part of the agreement approximately 40 AIC employees will move to Citigroup Fund Services Canada, and Citigroup will lease space in AIC's offices in Burlington to help accommodate growth of its Canadian fund services.
