Filling the gap

Like all successful products in the world of finance and indeed across all markets, success is often founded in a company's ability to locate and exploit a gap in the market. Syncova Solutions believes they have found the product to do just that. The company was founded eight years ago and began as a business consultancy company. Having observed the market, and drawing from its experience, just under three years ago it began the process of changing from a consultancy into a vendor.

It has now launched two products that allow users to calculate and predict margin and financing costs. The two products are essentially the same core entity but each repackaged to appeal to different users, prime brokers and hedge funds.
